Compliance Lead
Ensure PolicyCheck adheres to legal standards and internal policies across AU, NZ, and UK markets. You'll enforce regulations, build compliance into product features, and maintain audit-ready processes. This role is critical to building trust with advisers and regulators.
Operations Manager
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Manage resources, optimize processes, and lead our operations team to success. You'll be the glue that keeps PolicyCheck running efficiently as we scale.
Full Stack Developer
Build and maintain scalable software solutions across our entire stack. Work with React, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure. You'll design features that advisers rely on daily, from policy analysis to compliance automation.
Customer Support Representative
Be the first point of contact for advisers using PolicyCheck. Help clients navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get maximum value. Your feedback will directly shape product improvements.
Machine Learning Engineer
Develop and implement ML models that power PolicyCheck's AI agents. Work on NLP for policy analysis, recommendation systems, and explainable AI. You'll make insurance documents understandable at scale.
